Delete your Thestival account and data

This page is for users of the Thestival app, operated by Brainy Stuff, who want to request deletion of their account and associated data.

Request account and data deletion

To request deletion, email [email protected].

Please include the email address or phone number used for your Thestival account, and state that you want your Thestival account and associated data deleted. We may need to verify that you are authorised to make the request before processing it.

What deletion covers

Once a request has been verified and processed, Brainy Stuff will delete the remote Thestival account and associated personal or user data held for that account. The app’s local user data is also removed, including saved preferences, watched artists and performances, and queued usage-analytics events where applicable.

Requests are handled by Brainy Stuff. We do not claim automatic deletion or a fixed processing time. If any information must be retained for a legal or necessary operational reason, we will explain this when responding to the request and retain it only as required.
